After the discovery session, the product concept begins to take shape. Designers and engineers work together to translate the client's vision into initial sketches or digital mockups, considering functionality, design elements, and materials.

CREATING A 3D PROTOTYPE

Once the prototype is approved, tooling begins. Precision-crafted moulds are tested and validated to ensure they meet design specifications and deliver consistent production quality.

After the mould is crafted, trial runs are conducted to ensure accuracy and quality. Parts are inspected for defects, and adjustments are made as needed to prepare the mould for full production.
